- The Safety Engineer will facilitate risk assessments for assembly and installation processes of offshore wind turbines.
- Responsibilities include reviewing and providing input for work instructions and collaborating with HSE Managers in projects.
- The role involves collecting lessons learned from projects and conducting knowledge-sharing sessions with the engineering department.
- The Safety Engineer will support Line Management in managing corrective and preventive Health and Safety incidents.
- Developing standardized safety approaches for construction processes and strategies to continuously improve safety standards is a key task.
⚡ Requirements
- A successful candidate will have a degree in safety engineering, risk management, or other relevant engineering disciplines.
- Hands-on experience combined with relevant HSE certifications, such as NEBOSH, is highly valued.
- The ideal candidate should possess a few years of working experience, preferably in the offshore wind or construction industry.
- Knowledge of Health and Safety standards and regulations is essential for this role.
- Excellent English language skills, both orally and in writing, are required to communicate effectively in an international environment.
