- The engineering technician will provide technical and administrative support to the Engineering & Project Departments.
- Responsibilities include auditing Material Status Reports against P&IDs to ensure equipment is accounted for.
- The role involves supporting squad check reviews of Material Requisitions and Purchase Orders for various equipment.
- Updating job P&IDs to reflect engineering and procurement progress is a key task.
- The technician will review P&IDs, ISO's, Vendor Drawings, and Datasheets for consistency.
- Creating and maintaining lists of engineering equipment, instruments, and valves is part of the job.
- The technician will assist in developing turnover documentation from Engineering to Document Control.
- Maintaining and tracking changes to project scope and change orders is also required.

- The ideal candidate will have entry-level experience in construction, project, or document management.
- Strong organizational skills are essential, including the ability to alphabetize and maintain numerical filing systems.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are crucial for success in this role.
- Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, is required.
- The candidate should possess strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a diverse, multi-craft team environment is important.
- Willingness to work overtime and meet deadlines is expected.
