- The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in construction trades, shop or field fabrication, and quality control. - A strong understanding of electrical and instrumentation equipment is essential for success in this role. - The candidate should possess good organizational, planning, and time management skills to effectively manage daily activities. - Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to work closely with field operating teams and maintain open communication with field supervision. - The ability to read and interpret GA drawings and P&ID's is crucial for this position.
