- The Engineering Document Control Admin will be responsible for creating and maintaining the electronic file structure for engineering projects received from clients and vendors.
- This role involves tracking and scheduling documentation procured from clients and vendors to ensure efficient workflow.
- The candidate will create and maintain document control reports and logs for required engineering projects.
- The position requires maintaining the workflow of vendor and client documents through the internal review phase and returning comments to the appropriate parties.
- The admin will also manage the Saulsbury Engineering FTP site for required projects and identify any delays or issues in workflow processes.

- The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in document or administrative management, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
- A strong ability to manage a high-volume workload while working effectively in a team environment is essential.
