- The Control Systems Engineer will work within the I/E & Control Systems Department on large industrial projects in various sectors including midstream gas processing and petroleum refining.
- Responsibilities include PLC/DCS programming and HMI configuration, which will account for 40% of the role.
- The engineer will also perform Software Factory Acceptance Tests and Hardware Acceptance Tests for plant control systems.
- Interaction with other engineering disciplines and project managers is expected, making collaboration a key aspect of the job.
- The role requires providing input to project schedules and maintaining them for designated projects.
- The engineer will be responsible for quality reviews and drawing approvals in the capacity of a lead engineer.
- Travel up to 30% of the time is required for this position.

- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, with a strong foundation in control systems engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required, with preference given to candidates with 10+ years in the industry.
- Proficiency in Allen Bradley ControlLogix PLCs and Wonderware HMI development is essential for success in this role.
- Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting skills and experience in commissioning and start-up processes.
