- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a similar discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a SCADA Engineer, OT Engineer, or Control Systems Engineer focused on renewable energy projects is required.
- Proficiency in SCADA software and hardware, such as Wonderware, Ignition, or SEL, is essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across various teams.
- Experience with electric grid energy management systems or similar configurations is preferred.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity practices relevant to industrial control systems is necessary.
- The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform effectively in high-pressure situations is crucial.
