- The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Renewable Operations and Maintenance (O&M) or a similar field.
- A strong ability to read and understand technical drawings and schematics is essential for this role.

- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills are necessary to effectively collaborate with team members at all professional levels.
- The individual must be motivated by a desire to foster and support the culture of Repsol Renewables North America.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle are required for travel to various sites.
- The candidate should be adaptable to changing priorities and willing to work overtime, including holidays and weekends, as needed.
