- The candidate should possess a passion for developing individuals and creating high-performing teams, showcasing excellent people skills.
- Experience in leading new process startups, including equipment installation and staff training, is essential.
- Strong project management skills are necessary, including the ability to identify and resolve problems while working with internal and external resources.
