- The ideal individual will possess 3-5 years of experience in composite design within the aerospace or manufacturing sectors.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar solid and surface modeling software is essential for this role.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with customers are crucial for effective collaboration.
- The candidate should be self-motivated with excellent personal workload management skills.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are necessary for success in this position.
- Experience in mold design, DFM, fixturing, and work instruction development will be beneficial.
