- The Superintendent - Communications will be responsible for on-site coordination of fiber optic cabling installation, modification, and splicing work.
- This role includes surveying job sites to determine the best installation practices and coordinating workflow within the unit.
- The individual will act as a liaison between the company and the MSO, ensuring quality control and safety requirements are met.
- The position involves training, supervising, and evaluating field technicians while providing on-the-job training as needed.
- The Superintendent will also be responsible for resolving complaints with property owners and coordinating scheduling to ensure adequate staffing.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in fiber optic construction or installation.
- A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required for this position.
- The candidate should be a team player and possess former supervisory experience, which is considered a plus.
- Flexibility in scheduling is essential, as the role may require working in various weather conditions.
- The successful individual will need to pass background and drug screenings and hold a valid driver's license with a good driving record.
