- The Project Scheduler will be responsible for developing, tracking, and analyzing fully integrated master schedules for projects in California, Nevada, and Arizona.
- The role involves managing large lump sum capital project schedules with 5,000 to 10,000 activities and budgets exceeding $100 million.
- The candidate will need to develop and track critical paths, forecast completion dates, and identify areas of risk and opportunity.
- Preparing progress reports and communicating project impacts on the schedule will be key responsibilities.
- The position may involve overseeing other schedulers and supporting risk analyses and evaluations of reported progress.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
- A successful applicant will possess 3-5 years of experience in construction project scheduling, demonstrating a solid understanding of the field.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 is essential, along with strong skills in Microsoft Excel for effective data management and reporting.
- The candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of developing and tracking complex schedules with thousands of activities.
- Strong communication skills are necessary to liaise with various stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
