✨ About The Role
- The Project Controls Coordinator will support the Project Controls Team with various administrative tasks.
- Responsibilities include coordinating duties, data entry, job cost adjustments, and preparing reports such as Weekly Cost and Earned Value reports.
- The role involves tracking Change Order logs and assisting with accounts receivables and purchasing logs.
- The candidate will work closely with Field Engineers to ensure accuracy in reporting daily productivity and plan percent complete.
- The position may require assisting with Ecosys setup and various project reports to ensure data accuracy.
âš¡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a two-year Associate degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields such as Construction Management or Accounting.
- A successful candidate will possess 0-2 years of administrative or coordinator experience, preferably in Solar, Renewable Energy, or Power Generation.
- Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is essential, along with familiarity with Ecosys and Document Control programs.
- Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively assist Project Managers and other team members.
- The ability to analyze data and correct mistakes independently will be crucial for success in this role.
