- The Project Controller II will be responsible for project setup, progress reporting, cost control analysis, and forecasting.
- This role requires a complete understanding of project budgets, schedules, and key performance indicators.
- The individual will monitor project performance against baseline plans and identify negative trends in schedule and budget performance.
- The Project Controller II will facilitate monthly Work in Progress Reviews with Project Managers and company leaders.
- The position involves internal audits of project accounting practices, including billing, accounts receivable follow-up, and change order management.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Construction Management, Project Controls, or Project Management.
- A successful applicant will possess 2-5 years of Project Control experience, preferably in the construction, solar, renewable energy, or power generation sectors.
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, Primavera, and other project management tools is essential for this role.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, along with effective organizational and interpersonal skills, are crucial for success.
- The candidate should be self-disciplined, motivated, and able to work with limited direct supervision while being a self-sufficient problem solver.
