✨ About The Role
- The Fiber Optic OSP Technician III will be responsible for prepping and installing fiber cables into various enclosure types.
- This role requires the ability to fusion splice fibers within customer specifications and parameters.
- The technician will perform testing of light levels using EXFO or similar power meters and troubleshoot down to the element level based on testing results.
- The position involves assisting in field training of newer technicians and completing OLM activations and speed tests.
- The technician will also be responsible for editing and updating customer-required documentation, including as-built documents.

- The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in fiber optic splicing and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency with EXFO 715 OTDR or newer versions is essential for this role.
- Candidates must possess excellent communication and critical thinking skills to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- A valid Arizona driver license and a clean driving record are required for this position.
- The successful applicant will be detail-oriented and able to follow specific documented instructions accurately.
