✨ About The Role

- The Process Engineer will provide technical support across the Global Operations division and lead projects focused on cost reduction and operational improvement. - Responsibilities include designing and executing experiments at bench and pilot scale, as well as evaluating and interpreting experimental results. - The role requires collaboration with internal partners to ensure effective technical transfer from pilot plants to production environments. - The candidate will be responsible for training technicians and project team members on equipment use and data analysis. - The position involves monthly project reviews and managing a project pipeline to ensure timely completion of initiatives.

- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related engineering field. - A successful applicant will possess 2-5 years of industrial experience, preferably in a food or GMP environment. - The candidate should have practical hands-on expertise with equipment and experience in process development and optimization. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with a diverse group of stakeholders. - The individual must be a self-starter and a team player, capable of leading projects and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
