✨ About The Role
- The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all aspects of multiple renewable energy projects, including solar PV, battery energy storage, and EV charging equipment.
- Responsibilities include coordinating with utilities and townships, managing permitting, and overseeing resource management and contractor negotiations.
- The role involves maintaining project budgets, preparing construction schedules, and ensuring quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
- The Project Manager will execute turn-key installations across multiple renewable technologies from start to finish.
- Interaction with clients will occur throughout the entire project, from contract signature until transition to the Operations and Maintenance team.
- The position requires performing onsite preconstruction kickoffs, QA/QC, and safety inspections on active construction sites.
- Collaboration with the Operations team to complete Monthly Financial Reviews, including budgets and client change orders, is a key responsibility.
⚡ Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Energy, Architecture, Sustainability, or relevant experience is essential for this role.
- Candidates should have construction experience and knowledge of solar installations to effectively manage projects.
- Proficiency in Procore and familiarity with applications such as Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Smartsheets is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and acute attention to detail are necessary to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- The ideal candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
