✨ About The Role
- The Sr. Instrumentation and Controls Engineer will be responsible for engineering instrumentation and control solutions for industrial equipment and facilities.
- The role involves participating in design teams for projects related to compressors, packaged equipment, and hydrogen liquefaction process systems.
- The engineer will coordinate standard discipline engineering activities and develop design documentation including installation details and control narratives.
- The position requires active participation in programming, configuration, and FAT/SAT of control systems and process packages.
- The engineer will also assist in commissioning and startup, as well as participate in HAZID, HAZOP, and PHA reviews.
âš¡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Instrumentation and Control Systems is required, preferably in the Oil and Gas, Hydrogen, LNG, or related Hydrocarbon processes.
- The successful individual will be able to work with minimal supervision and effectively communicate with various functional groups.
- Experience in developing P&IDs and collaborating with process teams is essential.
- The candidate should have a strong understanding of applicable industrial codes and standards such as API, ISA, NFPA, and PIP.
