✨ About The Role
- The intern will assist Plug Process Solutions with various initiatives and projects, gaining exposure to a fast-paced manufacturing and engineering environment.
- Responsibilities include capturing current project workflows and identifying process improvements and collaboration opportunities within teams.
- The intern will generate reports on KPIs and create dashboards for senior management to aid in decision-making.
- The role involves working closely with Project Managers and the Project Controls team to analyze and interpret data.
- The intern will also assist with cost control activities and scheduling as required, including performing Earned Value Analysis of projects.

- The ideal candidate is currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Accounting, Software Engineering, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
- A strong interest in Project Management is essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should possess prior internship or co-op experience, which is preferred but not mandatory.
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills are critical soft skills for this position.
- The candidate must demonstrate independent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to high ethical standards and work quality.
