- The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in environmental health and safety or a related field, with relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree.

- The candidate should be self-motivated and capable of managing multiple project assignments in a fast-paced environment.
- A high level of understanding of OSHA Guidelines and New York State DEC regulations is necessary for success in this role.
