⚡ Requirements

- A bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field is required, or equivalent experience. - The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the agriculture sector, particularly with independent inputs. - Proven success in agricultural sales, preferably within the biotech or agribusiness industry, is essential. - Strong leadership skills are necessary to motivate and develop a sales team effectively. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are crucial for building relationships with clients. - The candidate should possess the ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is expected. - A willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory is required.
