✨ About The Role
- The Technical Project Manager will be responsible for planning, establishing, and managing concurrent projects within the Engineering, Operations, and Manufacturing portfolios.
- This role requires effective communication of project objectives that align with the overall strategic business goals of the organization.
- The candidate will coordinate business requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder approval.
- The position involves balancing cost, schedule, and time frames against project requirements while ensuring high-quality execution.
- Regular updates on project performance status, variances to plan, and identification of issues will be required.
âš¡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a BS degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A successful candidate will possess 5 to 8 years of progressively responsible experience actively leading projects of medium size and/or scope with complex matrixed teams.
- The candidate should have the ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
- PMI's Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
- The individual must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
