- The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or technical certification in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field, with a preference for a bachelor's degree.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a technician or assembler in a manufacturing or engineering environment is required, particularly with hands-on experience in prototype assembly and testing.
- Strong technical skills are essential, including proficiency in reading schematics, technical drawings, and assembly instructions.
- Experience with electrical components, power electronics, batteries, and electromechanical systems is important, with knowledge of battery energy storage systems being a plus.
