- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with at least 7 years of experience in energy efficiency or a Master's Degree with 5 years of related experience.
- A Professional Engineer designation is preferred, indicating a high level of expertise in the field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively conveying technical information to clients and team members.
- The candidate should possess excellent analytical and management skills, demonstrating the ability to oversee projects and mentor junior associates.
- A successful candidate will be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, showcasing adaptability in various work environments.
