- The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the CRM structure within HubSpot for all operational Smart Meter processes throughout the customer journey. - The role involves optimizing digital tools and systems to enhance efficiency for all colleagues, including platforms like HubSpot, Zapier, Typeform, Google Sheets, and Kraken Field. - Collaboration with the Data Team is essential to ensure high-quality customer data is available for operational users and automated processes. - The manager will work closely with operational teams to understand their challenges and promote operational efficiency, particularly in the Smart Meter area. - Technical integration of IT systems and the development of interfaces to ensure data transparency and a seamless customer experience will be key responsibilities. - Continuous improvement of processes and the development of new strategies to enhance customer retention and satisfaction will be expected. - The role includes conducting comprehensive data analyses across the customer process and deriving actionable recommendations. - Acting as a liaison between internal teams and external

⚡ Requirements
