- The BottleDrop Customer Service Associate II is responsible for providing excellent customer service at the BottleDrop Redemption Center.
- The role includes acting as the Person-in-Charge in the absence of the Supervisor, ensuring a safe and positive work environment.
- Responsibilities include cash handling, training team members, and maintaining Front of House equipment.
- The associate will track and report daily activities using proper forms and procedures.
- Adherence to OBRC policies and OSHA safety regulations is mandatory.

- A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in the retail industry, is required.
