✨ About The Role
- The BottleDrop Customer Service Associate II is responsible for providing excellent customer service at the BottleDrop Redemption Center.
- The role includes acting as the Person-in-Charge when the Supervisor is not present.
- Responsibilities include cash handling, training team members, and maintaining the appearance of the Redemption Center.
- The associate will troubleshoot and maintain Front of House equipment and escalate issues as needed.
- Adherence to OBRC policies and OSHA safety regulations is mandatory.

- The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent education.
- A minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience, preferably in the retail industry, is required.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, is necessary for daily operations.
