- The ideal candidate will have recently completed a PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Materials Science within the last three years.

- The candidate should demonstrate scientific leadership through a solid publication and presentation record.
- Experience in autonomous experimentation and hands-on skills with Python for interfacing with scientific instruments is preferred.
- The individual should be able to communicate effectively with researchers and engineers to collaboratively design experiments and analyze data.
