- The role involves providing financial management support to the Chief Financial Officer and other laboratory leaders.
- Responsibilities include budget formulation and planning, as well as project and budget execution.
- The analyst will develop monthly financial performance reports and perform variance analyses to track financial performance.
- The position requires coordination of funding allocations and cash flow analysis to ensure project execution.
- Financial guidance will be provided to ensure compliance with laboratory policies and regulations.
                            

⚡ Requirements

- A bachelor's degree in finance or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred for higher-level positions.
- Candidates should have relevant experience in financial management, budgeting, and analysis, with a minimum of 2 years for level II and 5 years for level III.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data are essential for success in this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with financial software, such as Oracle Project Accounting, is necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are important for collaborating with various stakeholders within the organization.
