- The Vice President, Capital Projects will lead Monolith's Olive Creek 2 (OC2) Project, a multi-billion-dollar brownfield expansion project.
- This role involves overseeing all onsite project activities to ensure successful delivery on schedule and budget.
- The VP will provide comprehensive onsite leadership for the project management team, including strategic direction and technical guidance.
- The position requires leading the project from late FEED stage through construction, commissioning, startup, and successful commercial operation.
- The VP will engage continuously with the project management team to understand progress and concerns.
⚡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- A minimum of 20 years of experience in senior capital project management roles is essential.
- The candidate should have extensive experience managing capital projects in the range of $2 Billion+ from concept to completion.
- Strong leadership skills are critical, including the ability to interpret data accurately and communicate effectively.
- The successful candidate will embody a culture of urgency, innovation, and data-driven management.
