✨ About The Role
- The Sr. Elasticsearch Engineer will be responsible for designing and architecting Elasticsearch ecosystems, including cluster sizing.
- Daily tasks will involve managing data, working with indices, templates, data streams, and data lifecycle/backup policies.
- The role includes cluster management, addressing shard issues, snapshotting/restoring data, and cross-cluster replication.
- Data processing responsibilities will include field mapping, document indexing, and creating ingest pipelines.
- Troubleshooting cluster issues will be a key part of the job to ensure system reliability and performance.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a computer-related major such as computer science, electronic engineering, or computer engineering.
- A successful candidate must be a U.S. citizen and possess or be able to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.
- Experience in designing, building, and maintaining Elasticsearch systems is essential for this role.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes and experience with Kubernetes and Helm will be beneficial.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and/or Python is preferred.
