- The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in MASINT analysis and training curriculum development.
- A bachelor's degree in geophysics, physics, or an engineering discipline is required, with an advanced degree preferred.
- Candidates should possess at least 6 years of experience in MASINT, processing, exploiting, and analyzing data from multiple sources.
- Significant experience in developing training course curriculum or certification standards is essential.
- The ability to communicate complex technical analyses to diverse audiences, including senior-level government representatives, is crucial.
- Recent experience in teaching MASINT or performing collection requirements/tasking activities is highly desirable.
- An active TS/SCI security clearance and willingness to obtain a CI Polygraph is mandatory.
