- The Geospatial Solutions Engineer will serve as the primary technical resource for the Commercial Direct and Channel field sales teams.
- This role involves assisting in selling and upselling products and solutions to customers and their technical experts.
- The engineer will guide customers on the best products or services to meet their needs and influence their requirements.
- The position requires close collaboration with the Business Development team to develop new business opportunities.
- The engineer will also provide training to potential and existing customers on the Maxar portfolio of products.

- A bachelor's degree in Photogrammetry, Remote Sensing, Engineering, Geographic Information Systems, Geography, or a related field is essential for this role.
- The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of GIS work experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of geospatial technology.
- Proficiency in GIS software such as ArcGIS, QGIS, or Google Earth Pro is required, along with previous geospatial experience.
- Strong communication skills are necessary to articulate technical concepts to both business and technical users effectively.
- The candidate should possess excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate professionally in written formats.
