- The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, with relevant experience in operations monitoring or environmental inspection.
- Candidates should be adaptable and willing to learn new skills and tasks, demonstrating a proactive approach to their work.
- Computer literacy is essential, with a preference for experience in spreadsheets, word processing, and database management.
- A valid driver’s license with less than 5 points is required, along with the ability to lift 50 pounds.
- Successful candidates will be able to obtain and carry a DOT physical card while employed at MES.
