✨ About The Role
- The Transportation Finance Manager will manage and analyze financial data, including budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations, and variance analysis across various financial categories.
- This role involves leading end-to-end financial planning for the Global Logistics Transportation team and conducting month-end reporting and business planning.
- You will partner with Operations to deliver financial insights, shape business cases, and drive cost efficiencies.
- Establishing financial and operational KPIs and guardrails in collaboration with Logistics leadership is a key responsibility.
- The role includes driving strategic initiatives such as cost reduction programs, sensitivity analysis, scenario planning, and management reporting.
âš¡ Requirements
- You should have a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field, with a preference for a master's degree in Business Administration (MBA).
- A minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in operational finance roles is required, particularly in Manufacturing, Tech, or Automotive sectors.
- You must possess advanced Excel skills and be proficient in financial modeling, with experience in large-scale data mining and reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, SAP SAC, and Anaplan.
- A strategic mindset with a results-driven approach is essential, along with a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
- Strong technical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills are necessary, along with the ability to communicate key performance drivers effectively to senior management.
