- A successful applicant will possess 5-8 years of experience in Powertrain Equipment, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering, specifically in the automotive sector.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills are essential, with proficiency in methodologies such as 8D, Six Sigma, and DOE.
- The candidate should have experience leading technical efforts in complex equipment engineering and manufacturing development.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary to effectively present ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
