- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- A successful applicant will possess 5-8 years of experience in Powertrain Equipment, Manufacturing, or Process Engineering, particularly in the automotive sector.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills are essential, with experience in methodologies such as 8D, Six Sigma, and DOE.
- The candidate should demonstrate proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, Catia, and Delmia for optimizing equipment layouts.
- Effective communication skills are necessary to collaborate with various teams and present technical information clearly.
