- The role involves leading technical efforts in developing and optimizing wirebonding processes for Powertrain manufacturing lines.
- The engineer will be responsible for overseeing equipment setup, calibration, and validation to ensure readiness for production line launches.
- Tracking and improving First Pass Yield (FPY) and monitoring related KPIs to enhance product quality is a key responsibility.
- The position requires participation in the design, approval, and commissioning of new wirebonding equipment and projects.
- The engineer will also serve as a mentor to support the development of other engineering team members in wirebonding technologies.

- The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, specifically focusing on wirebonding processes and equipment, is essential.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a solid statistical background are necessary, with proficiency in methodologies such as DMAIC, 8D, Six Sigma, and DOE.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- The candidate should possess good hand-eye coordination for detailed work, particularly under a microscope.
