✨ About The Role
- The Sr. Finance Analyst will be responsible for financial planning and analysis to support the company's commercial and go-to-market strategy.
- Monthly financial reporting related to revenue and cost of goods sold will be a key responsibility of this role.
- The analyst will support the consolidation of financial data, including reconciliation of actuals and variance analysis.
- Close collaboration with operating teams across various departments such as Retail, Marketing, and Manufacturing will be required to understand financial inputs.
- The role involves identifying and proposing opportunities to improve product profitability and overall business processes.
- The analyst will also be tasked with conducting ad-hoc analysis as per business requirements.

- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field is required for this position.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, particularly in variance analysis and period-to-period analysis.
- Strong technical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate key performance drivers effectively to senior management.
- The successful candidate should be able to manage multiple projects with a high degree of autonomy and accountability for results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is necessary, and prior experience with enterprise software such as SAP is preferred.
- Experience as a finance analyst in the automotive industry, particularly with an OEM or Tier 1 Supplier, is a significant advantage.
