- The Manufacturing Engineer will design, optimize, and implement manufacturing processes and equipment for electric powertrain systems.
- Collaboration with Manufacturing Operations, Logistics, Product Engineering, Quality, and New Product Introduction is crucial to ensure efficient production processes.
- The role involves leading or supporting the design and validation of manufacturing equipment for Powertrain assembly.
- Participation in problem-solving initiatives using methodologies such as 8D, Six Sigma, or root cause analysis is expected to improve line performance.
- Continuous improvement efforts aimed at increasing efficiency, reducing costs, and enhancing product quality will be a key focus.

- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is required.
- The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in Manufacturing or Process Engineering, preferably within Powertrain or electric vehicle systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to apply methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma are essential.
- Excellent communication skills are necessary to work effectively across departments and contribute to cross-functional teams.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment are important for success in this role.
