✨ About The Role
- The Corporate Counsel will support the operation of a cross-functional internal investigations program.
- Responsibilities include monitoring the internal case management system and ensuring alignment with investigation procedures.
- The role involves conducting sensitive internal investigations into potential violations of law, regulation, or company policy.
- The candidate will manage the process for collecting electronic stored information (ESI) and other evidence.
- The position requires preparing detailed investigation reports and updates for the Audit Committee and Board of Directors.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business or a related field, with a JD and active bar registration preferred.
- A minimum of 4-6 years of relevant work experience is required, including at least 2 years in Ethics and Compliance or Investigation programs.
- Strong knowledge of policies and procedures related to Ethics & Compliance and investigations is essential.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are necessary to convey key program concepts to diverse audiences.
- The candidate should have a proven track record of collaborating effectively with leadership, colleagues, and clients globally.
