- A bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience is essential for this role. - Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering, particularly in Powertrain or Mechanical Systems. - Strong technical writing skills are necessary, along with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely. - The ideal candidate will have experience with Quality Systems, specifically PPAP/APQP processes, and familiarity with SPC and GD&T. - Excellent communication skills are required to effectively direct supplier activities at the management level.
