- The Supplier Industrialization Engineer will be responsible for critical component development and quality management at suppliers.
- This role involves planning and conducting industrialization-related activities within the supply chain team.
- The engineer will facilitate communication between suppliers and internal teams to clarify technical requirements.
- The position requires leading and improving supplier manufacturing processes for new products and design changes.
- The engineer will also conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to ensure robust manufacturing processes.

- A bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience is essential for this role.
- Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering, particularly in Powertrain or Mechanical Systems.
- Strong technical writing skills are necessary, along with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely.
- The ideal candidate will have experience with Quality Systems, specifically PPAP/APQP processes, and familiarity with SPC and GD&T.
- Excellent communication skills are required to effectively direct supplier activities at the management level.
