- The Project Manager will focus on late-stage development and marketing-stage projects, ensuring commercial bid readiness and contracting readiness.
- The role involves close collaboration with the Development and Engineering teams to assess project risks, cost drivers, and schedule constraints.
- The Project Manager will create and manage project execution plans and lead technical negotiations for Build Transfer Agreements.
- Responsibilities include preparing, negotiating, and managing EPC contracts while facilitating the transition from development to project management.
- The position may also involve managing projects in construction on a case-by-case basis.

- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in wind or solar project engineering, project management, or project development is required.
- Strong communication skills are essential for forming partnerships and influencing key stakeholders.
- The candidate should possess excellent solution-seeking, teamwork, leadership, and communication skills across all organizational levels.
- Experience in contract negotiation, particularly in wind and solar projects, is preferred.
- The ability to create project schedules and manage cash flows is crucial for success in this role.
- The candidate must be able to travel up to 25% of the time.
