- The Project Manager will oversee electrical engineering studies related to wind project development and manage projects from advanced development to commercial operation. - Responsibilities include preparing RFPs, conducting technical reviews of deliverables, and negotiating contracts for balance of plant (BOP) electrical work. - The role involves establishing operation and maintenance plans and evaluating construction methodologies and costs. - The Project Manager will engage in technical discussions regarding specifications and design after turbine selection. - Communication with internal teams in Tokyo and the head office in Chicago is a key aspect of the job.

- The ideal candidate will have significant experience in renewable energy project management, particularly in electrical engineering for wind projects. - Strong leadership skills and the ability to provide technical guidance to teams are essential for success in this role. - A background in electrical design and construction management is crucial, along with experience in negotiating contracts for electrical work. - Candidates should possess a master's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, with a preference for those holding qualifications related to Japanese electrical construction management. - Proficiency in English is important, but a willingness to improve language skills is also valued.
