- The attorney will support a wide range of transactional matters including project financing, tax equity, M&A, bond financing, and portfolio finance.
- Responsibilities include advising on the structuring and execution of project M&A transactions and drafting, reviewing, and negotiating definitive documentation.
- The role requires managing outside counsel through deal negotiations and execution while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- The attorney will facilitate due diligence processes and identify risks, recommending mitigation strategies for individual projects and the business as a whole.
- Experience in project finance and corporate finance transactions is considered a plus for this position.

- The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school and a current license to practice in the United States.
- A successful applicant will possess 5 to 7 years of experience focused on mergers and acquisitions or renewable energy project finance.
- The candidate should have a deep understanding of project development and financing for renewable energy projects and energy infrastructure in the U.S.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail are essential, including the ability to organize and implement large, cross-functional projects.
- The individual must be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating sound judgment in identifying and escalating red-flag issues.
