✨ About The Role

- The Program Manager will manage support issues related to Purchasing applications and assist with process improvement projects. - Responsibilities include developing training guides and leading user training sessions for the Purchasing organization. - The role involves managing supplier onboarding and providing SAP access support to the Purchasing Team and Business Partners. - The Program Manager will generate and maintain various reports, including KPIs and Purchasing Control validations. - They will be the primary point of contact for Purchasing Team members regarding the SAP system and Purchasing setup. - The position requires collaboration with the Purchasing Process Management Team on process improvement projects and new initiatives.

- A bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline is required, with a master's degree preferred. - Candidates should have experience in Purchasing sourcing methodology and a minimum of two years of experience with SAP Ariba. - Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills are essential for success in this role. - The ideal candidate will possess strong time management and organizational skills. - A proactive and analytical thinker who can manage complexity and think strategically will thrive in this position. - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is beneficial for this role.
