- The Lead O&M Engineer will manage the Operations Engineering Structures & Mechanical team within the Offshore O&M Operations Engineering Team. - This role involves defining O&M strategies and plans, as well as managing multi-million offshore O&M campaigns and installations. - The engineer will perform detailed analysis of structural and mechanical engineering issues affecting the long-term integrity of offshore wind assets. - Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements for maintenance contracts on offshore substations and associated equipment. - The position requires regular travel around Europe to attend meetings and work at various project sites. - The engineer will be the technical lead for offshore O&M campaigns, ensuring delivery within time, budget, and quality standards. - The role emphasizes the importance of applying industry best practices and maintaining excellent health and safety performance.

⚡ Requirements
