- The HV Operations Specialist will lead and implement safety culture and values to maximize offshore health and safety performance.
- Responsibilities include managing outage planning and ensuring optimum site availability while adhering to safety regulations.
- The role involves preparing switching schedules for maintenance tasks and keeping records of daily activities and subcontractor performance.
- The specialist will organize and execute HV switching, isolation, and safety documentation duties on HV networks up to 220kV.
- The position requires supervising the performance of equipment OEMs and preparing periodic maintenance reports to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
âš¡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have experience as a Senior Authorised Person (SAP) under safety rules of a DNO/NGET/Power Generating company or equivalent.
- A strong background in HV Electrical Maintenance from the Offshore Wind industry or a similar field is essential.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in asset management of industrial HV and LV systems, including resource planning and maintenance project delivery.
- A willingness to work at heights and offshore, along with a good level of physical fitness, is required.
- The successful individual will need to be flexible with working hours to accommodate planned and unplanned activities.
