✨ About The Role
- The Grid Project Specialist will support the Business Development department during the development phase until permits are obtained for site activities.
- This role involves coordinating with the engineering department during the development of Tender Engineering and conducting preliminary field checks.
- The specialist will manage the procurement phase of BOP-EPC and/or Framework Agreements for grid activities, collaborating with the Purchase Department.
- Responsibilities include ensuring the correct execution of works by contractors from the engineering phase to handover to the O&M Department.
- The role also involves promoting improvements in procedures and work execution manuals tailored to Iberdrola Renovables' needs in Italy.
âš¡ Requirements
- The ideal candidate will have a master's degree in engineering, preferably in electrical engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, procurement, or construction for substations and/or lines in Italy is required.
- The candidate should possess a high level of technical knowledge of substation engineering, particularly in the Italian market.
- Strong negotiation skills and leadership abilities are essential for managing teams and contracts effectively.
- The successful candidate will be comfortable with financial and economic analysis to interpret investment dossiers and make informed decisions.
