- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data protection and storage engineering, with a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience.
- A bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or a related technical discipline is required, with additional years of experience considered in lieu of a degree.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux and Windows system administration is essential, along with experience in automation tools and scripting.
- The candidate should possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide first-class customer service.
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are necessary for effective collaboration with internal clients and external vendors.
