- The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of project management experience in electrical construction, demonstrating a strong ability to oversee large portfolios and teams. - A deep understanding of engineering in electric power is essential, along with field experience coordinating with construction management. - The successful individual will possess extensive knowledge of project scheduling, bids, take-offs, change orders, and contracts. - Exceptional analytical, motivational, and leadership skills are crucial for this role, as well as the ability to develop relationships and assist in winning projects. - A degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is preferred, and having a Journeyman or Master Electrician's license is a plus.
